GENERAL FAQ

Q: What even is the Happy Hour Mail Club?  I've never heard of subscription snail mail clubs before.
Happy Hour Mail club is a monthly snail mail subscription sending you a little burst of art, joy, and little treasures straight to your mailbox the old fashioned way. Each envelope is filled with mini art prints, stickers, surprises, and whatever creative chaos I’m obsessed with that month.

Q: How does it work?
You sign up once, get charged right away for your first envelope, and then automatically renew on the 1st of each month. No commitment, you can pause or cancel anytime!

Q: What kinds of things come in each envelope?
Each month is a unique mix: art prints, letters, stickers, little treasures, and whatever creative chaos I’ve cooked up that month.

Q: Can I join anytime?
Yep! You can join whenever you want. If you sign up before the current month's cut off date, you will receive next month's delivery (so for example, if you join in November before the cut off date, you’ll get December’s edition).

Q: What if I join after the cut off date?
If you join after the cut off date, you will be rolled over into the next month's delivery (again for example, if you join after November's cut off date, your first delivery will be January).

SHIPPING

Q: When does it ship out? When will I receive my order?
I ship out around the first week of every month!  Because I'm shipping the old fashioned way with stamps, there won't be a tracking link, but you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
Hell yeah I do!  International shipping is $2.

Q: What happens if my mail doesn't arrive?
Just reach out to us and we'll make it right!  

 

MEMBERSHIP

Q: What happens if I sign up after the cut off date?
If you join within the last few days of the month, don’t worry.  You’ll still get the next month’s envelope, but your renewal will skip the upcoming 1st so you aren’t double charged.

Q: I want to pause or cancel, how do I do that?
Once you place your order, you will receive a link to your customer portal.  There you can manage everything HHMC including cancel or pausing your subscription.

Q: Can I change my address or billing info?
Yep! Just log into your account portal and update your info before the 1st of the month.

Q: What if my card fails or expires?
You can update all of your credit card info in your portal!

Q: Can I skip a month?
Totally! You can pause or skip your next renewal anytime from your customer portal.

Q: Can I gift a subscription to someone else?
Absolutely! Just enter their name and address at checkout. It’s the cutest gift ever: art mail that keeps coming.
